Emails sent from a DumpstersOnDemand.com address, and any attachments, are confidential and intended only for the named recipient(s). They may contain business, pricing, or personal information.

If you received one of our emails in error, please tell the sender by replying, then delete the message and any copies. Do not read, copy, forward, or act on it. Receiving a message in error does not waive any confidentiality or privilege that applies to it.

Marketplace notice

DumpstersOnDemand.com is an independent national directory and quote-matching service. We do not own trucks or containers, and we do not deliver, haul, or dispose of anything ourselves.

Roll-off rental, delivery, pickup, hauling, and disposal are performed by independently owned local haulers. Each hauler sets its own prices, terms, service areas, availability, and policies, and your rental agreement is with that hauler.

DumpstersOnDemand.com is not affiliated with Dumpsters on Demand LLC of Murfreesboro, TN, or any other local operator that uses a similar name or appears in our listings.

We may be paid by haulers for featured listings or referrals. How that works, and what it never changes, is explained on our Transparency page.

Prices

Pricing & estimates

Prices, ranges, and estimates in our emails, calculators, and pages are for information only. They are not a binding quote, offer, or contract.

• Price ranges are based on published market data for your ZIP code and may be out of date.
• Final pricing is set and confirmed by the hauler before delivery.
• Common extras not always included: permit fees, weight overages, extra rental days, distance or fuel surcharges, weekend or same-day delivery, and fees for prohibited or special materials (for example tires, mattresses, appliances, paint, or hazardous waste).

Always confirm the total price, weight allowance, rental period, and prohibited-items list with your hauler in writing before you book.

No endorsement or warranty

A hauler appearing on DumpstersOnDemand.com, or being recommended in an email, does not mean we endorse, insure, license, or guarantee that hauler or its work. Haulers are not employees, agents, or partners of DumpstersOnDemand.com or Talent Group, Inc.

Information on our site and in our emails is provided as-is and may change without notice. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DumpstersOnDemand.com and Talent Group, Inc. are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising from services provided by a hauler. Please check a hauler’s license, insurance, and reviews before you hire.

Placement

Permits & placement

Permit, HOA, and right-of-way information on our site, in our Permit Lookup tool, and in our emails is general guidance, not legal advice. Rules change and vary by city, county, and neighborhood.

• A container placed on a street, sidewalk, or other public right-of-way usually needs a city permit.
• Many HOAs limit how long a container can stay in a driveway.
• Unless your hauler agrees in writing to handle it, getting any permit is your responsibility.
• Ask your hauler about placing boards under the container to protect your driveway.

Check with your local permitting office or HOA before your container is delivered.

Agreements

No contract by email

Nothing in an email from DumpstersOnDemand.com creates a binding agreement, commitment, or offer unless a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Talent Group, Inc. expressly says so.

Typed names, email signatures, and automatic signature blocks in our emails are not intended to serve as an electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act or any state version of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

Fraud prevention

Payment safety

We will never ask you to change payment details or wire instructions by email.

Email fraud often looks like a real message asking you to pay a new account or wire money “urgently.” If you get a request like that, even one that appears to come from us, do not reply to it and do not send money. Instead, start a new email to Hello@DumpstersOnDemand.com, typing the address yourself, and verify the request before sending any funds.

Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, payment for a dumpster rental goes to your hauler, not to DumpstersOnDemand.com. Never send card numbers or bank details by email.

Your information

Security & privacy

Email is not a secure channel. Messages can be intercepted, delayed, or altered. Please scan attachments before opening them; we are not liable for loss or damage caused by viruses or malware.

When you send us a request, we use the information you share (such as your name, ZIP code, phone number, and project details) to answer you and to match you with local haulers who serve your area. We share it with those haulers for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

Email preferences

Opting out

To stop receiving marketing emails from us, reply to any of our emails with “unsubscribe” or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. We honor requests within 10 business days.

You may still receive messages about a quote or booking you requested, since those are about your own transaction.
